Global Total Rewards & HR Systems Leader

Fogo de Chão is seeking a Director of Total Rewards & HR Systems to strategize, govern, and continuously improve compensation, benefits, recognition, leave, and HR technology programs that support Team Members and business growth globally.
The leader will own the total rewards strategy, apply design thinking, and ensure programs are compliant, scalable, data-informed, and easy to use across regions. Collaboration with Finance, IT, and vendors is essential.
