Are you a Chief Architect looking to lead architectural initiatives in a dynamic and innovative environment? Intellibus is seeking a visionary Chief Architect to shape our technology landscape and drive architectural decisions aligned with our strategic objectives.
We are looking for a Architect who can:
- Strong background in Java backend development and UNIX systems.
- Proven experience in software architecture, including architectural blueprints and enterprise architecture methodologies.
- Ability to establish and monitor architectural metrics to ensure system performance.
- Define and drive the overall architectural vision and strategy for the company.
- Provide hands-on expertise in Java backend development and UNIX systems.
- Develop and maintain architectural blueprints and documentation.
- Lead and mentor a team of architects and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Implement and manage enterprise architecture methodologies to ensure scalability and performance.
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Establish and monitor architectural metrics to ensure system performance and reliability.
- Work closely with other departments, including Product Management, Operations, and Sales, to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Advocate for best practices in software development, including Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in technology architecture leadership roles.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing technology architecture aligned with business goals and industry best practices.
Skills:
- Strong expertise in technology architecture, software architecture, and architectural blueprints.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in developing architectural metrics and reports for executive and management teams.
- Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
