The Sr Manager, Software Engineering leads a high‑performing software engineering team, providing strategic direction, people leadership, and technical oversight to deliver secure, scalable, and modern technology solutions. This role fosters a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and inclusion while mentoring talent in contemporary engineering practices, AI‑enabled tools, and cloud-native development.
- Collaborates with cross-functional partners to translate business needs into actionable technical outcomes.
- Ensures strong execution using Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD methodologies.
- Key competencies include exceptional communication, organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to inspire and develop diverse teams.
- Familiarity with Java, Angular, .NET, and AWS.

- Experience in leading software engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of modern technology solutions.
- Proven track record in mentoring and developing talent.
