DutiesYou will prepare engineering drawings and technical documents for complex nuclear and non-nuclear ship class systems and ship alterations.You will evaluate mandays required for shipchecking, developing each drawing. ordering special material. and preparing test procedures.You will provide technical guidance for preparation of lists of drawings required to execute complex projects.You will coordinate the efforts of assigned engineers and technicians to ensure scheduled dates will be met.You will provide technical guidance for and prepare procedures for conducting tests on various mechanical and hydraulic equipment and systems.You will serve as a technical consultant for acceptable substitutes for materials which are not available.You will perform engineering analysis and calculations associated with project designs.
