Role Description This full-time, on-site Pelvic Health Physical Therapist role is based in St Paul, MN. The Physical Therapist will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to address pain, mobility limitations, and functional impairments. Daily responsibilities include conducting comprehensive evaluations, providing manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, educating patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs, and documenting treatment progress in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards. The role involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals, maintaining strong communication with patients and families, and contributing to a positive, supportive clinic environment. The Physical Therapist will also participate in continued learning and may be involved in mentoring or teaching activities within the clinic. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Pelvic Health Physical Therapy, including evaluation, treatment planning, and delivery of evidence-based interventions. Strong background in Rehabilitation, with skills in restoring function, improving mobility, and reducing pain. Proficiency in Patient Care, including patient education, communication, and development of individualized home exercise programs. Knowledge of Medicine related to musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions relevant to physical therapy practice. Experience or comfort with Home Care instruction, ensuring patients can safely continue therapeutic activities outside the clinic. Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Minnesota. Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program. Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory patient care.
