Account Executive

From our early days installing networks in the 80’s to now supporting complex ecosystems with a focus on cybersecurity, we’ve built a reputation for quality, integrity, and long-term customer relationships across the U.S. Job Purpose The Account Executive is responsible for generating leads, driving new business, and developing long term customer relationships while positioning Twotrees Technologies as a trusted technology partner. This role is ideal for a consultative seller who enjoys building relationships with technology decision makers and uncovering new business opportunities within SMB and enterprise markets. This role offers strong earning potential for motivated sales professionals who thrive in relationship driven environments. The Account Executive will develop relationships with customers and prospects, specifically with leaders in technology such as Managers, Directors, CIOs, CTOs, and other stakeholders involved in technology purchasing decisions. What Success Looks Like Build and maintain a strong pipeline of SMB and enterprise clients Develop trusted relationships with IT leaders and executive stakeholders Consistently exceed sales and activity goals Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to deliver exceptional client experiences Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships and increase account revenue Duties and Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building, and strategic outreach efforts Focus primarily on developing new business opportunities while also expanding relationships within existing customer accounts Analyze account potential within existing customers and prospective accounts to identify growth opportunities Build relationships with key decision makers and qualify new business opportunities Lead consultative sales conversations and presentations around Twotrees Technologies’ solutions and services Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact to ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process Use customer insights and market trends to uncover new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships Contribute to sales strategy development by monitoring competitive trends, customer feedback, and emerging technologies Participate in ongoing professional development, industry networking, and vendor training opportunities Enhance the organization’s reputation through professionalism, responsiveness, and customer focused service Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field preferred, or equivalent successful sales experience 3+ years of experience exceeding sales quotas in B2B sales environments Experience in technology, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, hardware, or related solution based sales environments preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, customer friendly terms Self motivated with strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment Professional, adaptable, and collaborative approach to customer and team interactions Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems Compensation and Benefits Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission opportunity Business expense reimbursement and travel support Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans Working Conditions This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, phones, and photocopiers. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work required based on customer or business needs. Business casual attire is expected in office settings, with business professional attire required for customer meetings. Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings, presentations, and daily work activities Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, operating technology equipment, and handling materials Ability to communicate effectively in person, virtually, and by phone Ability to view computer screens and review documents for extended periods Ability to travel to customer sites and industry events as needed Essential Functions Effectively communicate with clients and internal teams through phone, email, video conferencing, and in person meetings Maintain reliable attendance and consistent responsiveness to customers and internal stakeholders Operate a computer and related technology tools to manage sales activity and customer communications Travel to client sites, meetings, and industry events as needed Process information, prioritize tasks, and adapt within a fast‑paced sales environment Classification* : Salaried/exempt Position Type : Full-time Travel Requirements : 30% overnight domestic travel Direct Reports : None Twotrees is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
