PROCARE Landscape delivers professional landscape services for condos, commercial buildings, residential homes, and more!Key Responsibilities:Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 2-3 employees to execute landscape installations according to design specifications and work orders while ensuring that work is completed on time and within scope.Installation Oversight: Lead the installation of various landscape installations such as patios, lighting systems, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, and commercial landscape installations.Project Profitability: Track and manage the team and progress along with the Operations Manager to ensure profitability on each installation job.Quality Control: Ensure each job meets the PROCARE standard of safety and excellence.Communication: Communicate the job scope and expectations effectively to the team. Communicate efficiently and honestly with the Operations Manager on all aspects of each landscape installation.Qualifications:Experience: Desired 2 years of experience as a Project Foreman within the Green Industry or in a leadership role within the Green industry.Skills: Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage teams and budgets.Character: We value individuals with great character, quiet confidence, and eagerness to continue learning and improving.Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and carry materials and work in various weather conditions.Certifications: Chauffer's License, clean driving record.
