Foreman

As a Level 4 HVAC Foreman, you will lead large and complex commercial HVAC installation projects from the field. You’ll oversee crews, coordinate with project management, and ensure installations are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Oversee large or complex HVAC installation projects Lead and mentor multiple crews and apprentices Perform advanced layout, system design adjustments, and field fabrication Coordinate with Project Managers on scheduling, materials, and workflow Verify installations meet code requirements and project specifications Conduct quality control inspections and enforce safety compliance Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, and leadership Support training and workforce development efforts What You Need 7+ years of HVAC sheet metal installation experience Expert-level knowledge of duct systems, mechanical equipment, and blueprints Proven leadership and crew management experience Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to manage deadlines, documentation, and jobsite coordination OSHA-30 (preferred) Willingness to travel throughout the service area Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application.
