Hydroseed Foreman

Responsibilities of a Hydroseed Foreman Leading, managing, and holding 1-3 employees accountable to complete hydroseed jobs according to design and assigned work orders. Safely operate and maintain assigned vehicles and equipment. Maintain a safe & clean job site. Train crew members for development of skills. Requirements of a Hydroseed Foreman Must be available to work days and occasionally some weekends. Strong understanding of hydroseed equipment, materials, and application methods. Possess the ability to work in any weather condition and work all day in a long, physically demanding environment. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. A strong desire to learn and grow within the company. CDL required. 2+ years of experience in hydroseeding, landscaping, erosion control, or related field. Ability to read job plans and follow project specifications. Prior crew leadership for foreman-level experience. Compensationfor a Hydroseed Foreman Pay $26 to $32 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
