The State of Delaware is looking for a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor. This role involves assisting students with disabilities aged 14-22 in transitioning from school to community. You will coordinate services which help students prepare for adult life and explore career options. Successful candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or related fields and will have experience in case management and effective counseling techniques.
