Graduate Assistant for Grants and Corporate Partnerships Position Title Graduate Assistant for Grants and Corporate Partnerships Responsibilities Researching potential corporate, foundation, and government prospects to identify funding opportunities that align with the strategic priorities of the College and its programs. Studying guidelines of grant applications and conferring with the Office staff about approaches to connect with a funder. Assisting with reviewing and editing draft proposals, agreements, and reports with comments and suggested changes using the Track Changes feature in Microsoft Word. Helping draft grant proposals and assemble application packages with all required documentation. Networking with other professionals in the broader grant administration community through participation in outside workshops and events. Assist Office staff with the development and management of content on the HUB. Tracking submission and reports and inputting information into institutional databases. Qualifications Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and effectively manage time. Have strong attention to detail. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Possess strong communication skills, particularly writing skills. Proficiency with Microsoft application, namely Excel and Word.
