Jake's Heating, Air & Plumbing | Knightstown, IN
Jake's Heating, Air & Plumbing has been serving homeowners since 2006, and we're continuing to grow. We're looking for a motivated Sewer Sales Representative who can educate homeowners, build trust, and help them choose the best solution for their sewer and drain issues.
This isn't high-pressure sales. It's about listening to customers, explaining their options clearly, and helping them make the right decision for their home.
What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners after sewer inspections or diagnoses
- Explain repair and replacement options in a way customers can understand
- Prepare accurate estimates and proposals
- Help customers with financing options when needed
- Work closely with our plumbing team to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships
- Meet sales goals while providing honest recommendations
What We're Looking For
- Sales experience is preferred (plumbing, HVAC, home improvement, or in-home sales is a plus)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Someone who is confident, personable, and motivated
- Ability to build trust and educate customers without using high-pressure tactics
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
