Repair Service Representative
$21.58 - $37.96 per hourStryker
Remote position managing repair service inquiries and coordination for assigned regions. The representative will serve as primary contact for customers and sales staff, handling repair estimates, order approvals, and cross-functional issue resolution while maintaining detailed documentation.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer and sales representative inquiries regarding repairs, pricing, and service options
- Prepare repair estimates, obtain approvals, and coordinate repair or return orders
- Manage repair order intake and approvals for assigned regions with accurate documentation
- Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize and resolve urgent repair needs
- Educate customers on ProCare service programs and document complaint information
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years relevant experience in repair service or customer support
- Strong phone and email communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, or ERP systems preferred
- Availability for Pacific or Mountain Time Zone hours preferred
Compensation: $21.58-$37.96 USD Hourly (varies by location pay band)
