Digital Content Coordinator

UF/IFAS Communications is hiring a Digital Content Coordinator. The role involves leading video strategy, supervising video producers, creating multimedia content, and growing the organization's digital presence, particularly on YouTube. The coordinator drives content creation, manages social media campaigns, and uses analytics to measure and enhance audience engagement. Highlights Lead the development of multimedia content for social media platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X. Supervise two video producers and manage video production schedules and quality. Utilize video marketing principles, audience insights, and performance analytics to guide strategy. Create, film, direct, and edit video content using professional production equipment. Support social media campaign planning, publishing, community management, and analytics reporting. Required: Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience or equivalent. Preferred skills include proficiency with Adobe Suite, Davinci Resolve, Canva, Vid IQ, YouTube Studio, and familiarity with audio/lighting equipment. Experience growing brand YouTube channels and managing social media accounts is preferred. Expected salary is $61,000, commensurate with education, skills, and experience.
