Physical Therapist (PRN → Part-Time)

Valiant Physical Therapy is looking for a motivated Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping active adults and runners stay healthy and achieve their goals. This position begins on a PRN basis with a clear pathway to a part-time W-2 role for clinicians who demonstrate excellence in patient care, professionalism, and business development.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports-related injuries with one-on-one, 60-minute appointments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on helping patients return to the activities they love.
• Build lasting relationships with patients and contribute to an exceptional patient experience.
• Participate in community marketing events and help grow referral relationships throughout the North Shore.
• Collaborate with our team to continually improve the patient experience and practice.

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Illinois.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in working with runners and active adults.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to grow both clinically and professionally.
• Comfortable representing the practice at community events and building relationships outside the clinic.
