This position is perfect for people with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant work, or call centers who enjoy helping customers and communicating over the phone.
As a BDC Service Appointment Consultant, you will assist customers by phone and online chat with scheduling service appointments and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and chats from customers
- Schedule service appointments
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Work with the service team to ensure a smooth appointment process
Requirements
- Friendly phone voice and strong communication skills
- Customer service mindset
- Ability to multi-task
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Team-oriented attitude
Spanish speaker is a plus.
