You’ll be: Providing responsive and professional customer service to existing and prospective customers Responding to customer inquiries, assisting with product questions, and troubleshooting Preparing and following up on customer quotes Accurately processing sales orders and purchase orders Entering and maintaining customer and order information in internal systems Following up with outside sales representatives and service technicians regarding customer needs Maintaining current knowledge of products, specifications, and new product offerings Clearly communicating order and product information to customers and internal teams Assisting with resolving customer issues and ensuring timely follow-up Performing data entry and other administrative duties as needed This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have 2+ years of customer service and/or inside sales experience (must have) Possess strong customer service and communication skills Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Are skilled at multitasking, prioritizing, and managing deadlines Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Are proficient with Microsoft Office Have experience with sales order and/or purchase order entry (preferred) Can quickly learn customer databases and new software systems Bring a positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude #J-18808-Ljbffr Kelly Services
