About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative , you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners, conduct professional in-home consultations, and help customers select bath remodeling solutions that meet their needs and budget.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
• Build rapport with homeowners and identify their remodeling needs
• Design customized bath solutions using our user-friendly software
• Present pricing and financing options
• Consistently close sales and achieve performance goals
• Attend weekly sales training sessions to continuously improve skills
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Previous in-home sales experience highly preferred
• Home improvement or remodeling sales experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
