Creative Lighting & Power, LLC is looking for a dependable and experienced Local Lead Electrician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, leads with integrity, and is seeking a long-term position with a company that values both personal and professional growth.

As a Lead Electrician, youll oversee local job sites, manage crew members, and ensure all electrical installations meet high standards for quality and safety with no travel required.

Requirements
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
Qualifications
5+ years of electrical experience
Strong knowledge of transformers, battery backups, and gear installation
Experience responding to emergency service calls
Proactive in planning job materials, staffing needs, and maintaining communication with GCs
Ability to manage job site safety, accuracy, and team productivity
Respectful and professional communication with clients, team, and inspectors
Ability to build strong working relationships on the job
