Marketing & Business Development Associate

Role Description Support business development initiatives with industry and government partners Create content for social media, events, and marketing campaigns Research new markets, customers, and strategic opportunities Assist with conference planning, tradeshows, and customer outreach Manage CRM activities and sales pipeline support Help shape the Hyphen brand through storytelling and digital marketing Coordinate meetings with prospective customers and partners Work directly with company leadership on strategic growth initiatives Qualifications (Who You Are) Bachelor’s degree (recent grad or early career) Preferred degrees: marketing, communications, and organizational behavior Excellent written and verbal communication skills Curious about advanced manufacturing, aerospace, or emerging technology Comfortable learning quickly and wearing multiple hats Organized, self-motivated, and eager to grow Experience with LinkedIn, Canva, HubSpot, Instagram, TikTok, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus—but not required What Will You Gain?
