The successful candidate will be part of the Commercial & Product Support team.Your MissionNegotiate high volume SaaS contracts through the contract lifecycle to executionHandle ad-hoc legal requests for support from the sales functionUnderstand key IP, commercial, and finance requirementsKeep up-to-date on applicable laws, regulations, and industry guidanceDrive compliance in day-to-day sales activities, including providing trainingSupport updates to legal team templates & precedentsAssist with wider company projects assigned to the Commercial & Product Support teamYou AreAn excellent communicator and negotiatorSelf-motivatedAble to work independently, multi-task and prioritize your workloadAble to quickly shift priorities to meet deadlinesAble to effectively communicate, both verbal and written, with all levels of the organizationMeticulous and pride yourself with attention to detail and accuracyAdaptable to change and thrive in a fast-paced environmentHighly organizedJD from an accredited U.S. law school requiredMember of a State Bar in good standing2+ years of commercial contracts experienceExtra AwesomePrivacy, GRC, Ethics & Compliance or ESG experienceHigh volume commercial transactions experience with a SaaS or other technology companyIronclad experienceFor California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training.
