Safety without compromise Unapologetically competitive 360 Accountability Embrace Collaboration Generous Compensation Package Includes $22/hr starting wage. $150 Apparel Allowance Key Responsibilities Help prepare invoice and expense reports. Assist in collecting and preparing monthly financial reports for review. Communicating with accounts payable and accounts receivable to track invoices and other essential information. Assist accounting team with budgets, forecasting, audit and other accounting processes. Perform data entry for accounting functions including accounts payable, receivables and other processing. Create and maintain filing systems for accounting functions Perform any general clerical duties to assist the accounting department. Education Required Working towards completing your Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Accounting/Finance degree. Experience, Knowledge and Abilities Required Currently attending a college or university in a related degree program such as Accounting / Finance / etc. Interest in construction industry preferred, but not required. Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail & computer skills. Creative problem solving skills. Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel. Interest in private accounting practices preferred, but not required. Technology To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of computers, including e-mail and word processing abilities, Excel, Microsoft Office & Outlook Work Environment The setting for this position is in our main office building. Travel If travel is required to complete your job duties, you will be recompensated appropriately (mileage reimbursement, etc).
