Pay: $1427 - $1720 | Shift: 5x8 Nights

As a Licensed Practical Nurse in this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the well-being of residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Observing residents and notifying supervisors of any changes in their condition
• Administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Supervising LNAs and assisting with direct care as needed
• Accompanying physicians on rounds and facilitating communication
• Performing wound care and managing gastrostomy/jejunostomy feedings
• Ensuring infection control practices are followed
• Admitting, discharging, and transferring residents with proper documentation
• Communicating effectively with residents' families
• Managing the assigned unit during shifts and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Participating in staff education and training

Requirements for this position include:

• Need 3 years experience in setting
• IV certification or willingness to obtain during onboarding
• COVID-19 vaccine required (declinations/exemptions not accepted)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA
• Active New Hampshire state license
• Willingness to float where experienced
• Previous travel and rural/small facility experience highly preferred
