Oven Operator

Under the supervision of the Production Manager, this position is responsible for assisting in the production, assembling, and packaging of dipped and dip-molded parts. Summary Of Essential Job Functions And Responsibilities Operating hand-held air gun on various ovens and lifting racks on and off the oven in a fast-paced work environment Packing parts correctly Verify the quality of parts Counting, sorting, reading, and understanding of work orders. Assist Oven Leads with set-ups Receiving and following instructions, and completing required paperwork accurately Maintain a clean and organized work area Minimum Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced production area (job experience preferred) Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English Skills And Abilities Required Must be able to lift 20 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds Must be able to stand for long periods of time Must be able to work effectively in a shared work environment as a member of a team workforce Must possess good hand-eye coordination Must be able to reach, twist, bend, squat, push, pull, and climb continuously as needed Work Environment Occasionally exposed to seasonal temperature extremes (heat, cold, wet and/or humid) Occasionally exposed to chemical substances and/or fumes and toxic or caustic chemicals (protective equipment available) Noise level varies from low to moderate (hearing protection available) #J-18808-Ljbffr F&M Plastics
