In this role, you will:
Lead, coach, and develop team members to hit individual and team goals
Drive business performance by tracking key metrics, identifying opportunities, and implementing improvements
Create a high-energy, positive environment where accountability and collaboration are the norm
Manage vendor and partner relationships to keep operations running smoothly
Represent our practice with professionalism at meetings, events, and conferences
Ensure operational efficiency, financial health, and compliance with all legal guidelines
