As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients through meaningful interactions. You will ensure that patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs continuously and adjusting care plans as necessary based on any changes in the patient's condition. Additionally, you will provide clinical oversight to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on a daily basis.

• Completion of a nursing diploma (either an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
• Active and valid nursing license in the relevant state, with a requirement to maintain good standing throughout employment.
• Preferred: At least one (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
• CPR certification required upon hiring or to be obtained during orientation, with a mandate to keep it current throughout employment.

• Execute and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and maintain a positive demeanor towards patients
• Utilize reasoning skills and sound judgment effectively
• Communicate and collaborate efficiently within an interdisciplinary team
