Critical Care Float Pool - Travel Registered Nurse - $2270 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 5 years of Critical Care Float Pool experience with any experience within the last 36 months (3 years).

• Travel experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is required.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - University of Wisconsin Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - University of Wisconsin Health.

Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: Must be competent in multiple ICU specialties, with experience in multiple ICU units (Neuro ICU, Cardiothoracic, Burn ICU, Trauma Surgery, etc.) and IMC/Progressive/General care populations. Basic arrhythmia experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous Charge Experience: Preferred. Teaching hospital experience is preferred.

Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Cares for ICU and IMC/Progressive/General care populations.

Shift & Scheduling: Evening and night 8 and 12 hour shifts available. Will accept 4x12s if preferred. Every other weekend. Some holidays required.

Floating Requirements: Will float to Neuro ICU, CV/CT ICU, Burn ICU, Trauma, MSICU, and IMC/Progressive units.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

Proof of identification required

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)

• TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course)
