Description Key Responsibilities Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, mixing, and portioning according to recipes. Assist in cooking and assembling items following quality and presentation standards. Keep prep stations clean, organized, and properly stocked. Store ingredients and prepared items correctly to maintain freshness and safety. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures. Communicate with team members to ensure smooth production throughout the day. Monitor ingredient levels and notify management of shortages or supply needs. Restock customer-facing stations (waters, juices, parfaits, yogurts, utensils) when needed. Requirements Previous kitchen or food-service experience preferred. Strong understanding of basic prep techniques and food-handling practices. Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs. Reliable team player with good communication skills.
