Role Overview The Occupational Therapist (OTR) provides assessment, intervention, program planning, and discharge planning to patients, utilizing direct, monitored, and consultative approaches. Key Responsibilities Deliver occupational therapy services in accordance with professional standards and ethics. Manage documentation and communicate effectively with the care team. Advance practice levels based on experience, education, and skills. Take ultimate responsibility for service provision. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's or higher degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Washington Occupational Therapist License upon hire. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. Strong clinical skills, ethical practice, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
