Bobby Vs Restaurant and Sports Bar, a casual, contemporary hangout serving American plates amid sports memorabilia & big screen TVs is currently hiring. We are looking for a positive, talented server who can operate efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Someone who is self-motivated, detail oriented, can maintain a clean and organized work area, and help to ensure customers are receiving both high-quality products and high-quality service. Responsibilities Provide guests with a positive and memorable dining experience. Know the food and drink menus in detail. Be able to answer customer questions about the restaurant, menu, etc. Must provide food and beverage service in an efficient and courteous manner. Know how to open and close the restaurant. Complete side work associated with your serving responsibilities. Complete all tasks necessary to provide customers with a positive dining experience. Qualifications MUST be at least 18 years old. All candidates SHOULD have a minimum of one year experience in the restaurant industry. Weekdays, weekends, both AM and PM shifts plus holiday availability is required. Staff must uphold and ensure compliance with all company departmental policies and procedures. FOH Restaurant Experience: 1 year (Preferred) Serving Experience in a full service casual restaurant: 2-3 years (Preferred) Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Ability to be flexible in scheduling. Physical Demands Standing and walking. Lifting and carrying up to 50 lb. Reaching and bending.
