The Server: sells, takes orders, and serves food and beverages to customers, ensuring they have all the necessary items to fully enjoy their order. They also keep their tables clean and organized. They present bills and handle payment. Additionally, they are responsible for general cleaning tasks and assigned stations. What We Expect from You We are looking for Waiters who enjoy serving customers with a strong sense of urgency and kindness. No customer in Puerto Vallarta should feel ignored. It's necessary to adapt your working style to our system and be open to changes and new processes. The server must: Greet all arriving, departing, or restroom‑seeking customers. Refer to individuals with respectful adjectives. Introduce yourself at the table with appropriate phrasing. Recommend appetizers, main courses, and desserts. Use the verb "would like" instead of "want." Repeat the order. Anticipate customer needs. Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of your tables at all times. Selling is a fundamental part of the role. We measure this based on the average check per person.
