Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, utilizing standardized tools and interviews to formulate effective treatment strategies.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique history, needs, and therapeutic goals, ensuring that the approach is dynamic and evolves with their progress.

• Facilitate a range of therapy sessions, both individual and group, employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to promote healing and resilience.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to address all aspects of a client’s care, ensuring a holistic approach that considers medical, psychological, and social factors.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Strong knowledge and application of evidence-based therapeutic practices for various mental health disorders.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and motivate clients throughout their healing journeys.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, adapting to various roles and responsibilities as needed.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with telehealth services or remote counseling practices is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided.

• Specialized training in trauma-informed care, substance use disorders, or other relevant areas of mental health.

• Three or more years of experience in a mental health setting working directly with clients in therapy.
