Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify client needs related to mental health and substance abuse.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the individual goals and challenges of each client based on assessment results.

• Offer individual, group, and family therapy services, effectively utilizing various therapeutic modalities to enhance client engagement and progress.

• Create and maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in alignment with organizational policy and state regulations.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure integrated care, sharing insights and participating in regular case reviews.

• Assist clients in crisis situations by providing immediate intervention, support, and referrals as necessary.

• Stay informed about current trends, research, and best practices in mental health and substance abuse treatment through ongoing education and training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
