A fast-growing, plaintiff-focused law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its expanding team in either its Nashville, Chattanooga, or Knoxville TN offices. About the Role The ideal candidate is a confident litigator who thrives in a fast-paced practice, builds strong client relationships, and is passionate about achieving outstanding results through negotiation and trial advocacy. Responsibilities Evaluate new personal injury claims and assess case viability. Investigate claims, analyze evidence, and develop case strategy. Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other litigation documents. Represent clients throughout the litigation process, including depositions, mediations, hearings, and settlement conferences. Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes. Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout their cases. Manage an active litigation caseload while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality work product. Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case progression. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active Tennessee Bar license in good standing (or ability to become licensed promptly). 3–5 years of experience handling plaintiff or defense personal injury litigation. Strong legal writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills. Excellent organizational and case management abilities.
