• Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new team members, and help maintain laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a safe and orderly workspace while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Educational Background

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health qualification, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Professional Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) should be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your time in the role.
