Description - Your Responsibilities

• Conduct both routine and complex clinical laboratory tests in areas such as chemistry, hematology, immunology, and others, all while following established guidelines.
• Scrutinize results for precision, address discrepancies, and carry out maintenance and calibration on lab equipment.
• Support specimen collection processes and prepare samples for laboratory analysis as needed.
• Document all procedures with care, mentor new team members, and work towards maintaining high-quality lab standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe workplace while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with preparation for certification through ASCP or AMT.

Certifications

• Obtaining ASCP or AMT Board certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Uphold current certification throughout your career with us.
