Accounts Payable Specialist Location: Camas, WA (Onsite) Salary: $2223/hour Hours: M-F (flexible start times between 6:30am7:30am) About the Opportunity A well-established global manufacturer in the Camas, WA area is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team on a contract basis. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Payable Specialist Process high-volume invoices, including 3-way matching, data entry, and routing for approvals Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries in collaboration with internal teams Support full-cycle AP functions, including payment runs, check printing, ACH, and wire processing Assist with month-end close activities, including reconciliations and journal support Maintain organized digital records and assist with document management Provide general support to the finance team as needed Preferred Qualifications: Accounts Payable Specialist Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team Enjoys being part of a positive, team-oriented environment INMAY2026
