Your Mission (should you choose to accept it): Turn tears into giggles Lead adventures in imaginary jungles, kitchens, and outer space Build towers, then celebrate when they get knocked over Rock lullabies like a headliner Teach kindness, sharing, and potty etiquette Requirements: A heart as big as a teddy bear Patience levels that rival superheroes Experience working with toddlers (bonus points if you’ve ever worn stickers on your face to work) Relevant certifications (CDA, CPR/First Aid, etc.) Nurture your growth.
