divh2Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)/h2pMTI Micro-Tronis (MTI) is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) responsible for formulating partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP will maintain an effective level of business literacy about the business units financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition. Acts as a change agent and leads talent management activities. Anticipates and assesses human resources-related needs and seeks to implement integrated solutions./ppJob Accountabilities:/pulliConsults with management, providing HR guidance when appropriate./liliAnalyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies./liliManages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations./liliMaintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required./liliProvides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)./liliWorks closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention./liliProvides HR policy guidance and interpretation./liliManages new hire on-boarding and provides best in class experience./liliProvides guidance and input on business unit workforce planning and succession planning./liliIdentifies training needs for individual and leadership coaching./liliParticipates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met./liliPerforms other related duties as assigned./li/ulpRequired Skills/Abilities:/pulliExcellent verbal and written communication skills./liliAbility to interface with cross-functional disciplines; using excellent interpersonal skills to drive tasks to completion/liliStrong attention to detail, good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize with changing situations/liliAbility to acquire a thorough understanding of the organizations hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors./liliKnowledge and experience in human resources programs, processes, administrative procedures and compliance with government laws/regulations as appropriate for the business location/liliAbility to anticipate internal or external business challenges/regulatory issues and make recommendations/liliDemonstrated experience in implementing and managing HR projects/programs, and ability to influence and drive organization planning and execution at the unit level/liliAbility to interface with cross-functional disciplines; using excellent interpersonal skills to drive tasks to completion/liliExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines./liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills./liliProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software./li/ulpJob Specifications:/ppEducation: Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field, or a High School Diploma/GED, plus four (4) years relevant experience and appropriate certifications may be substituted for meeting the educational requirements only/ppYears Experience: Five (5) years relevant experience in Human Resources with working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws./ppBenefits:/ppAt Micro-Tronics, we recognize how important your career and benefits are to you and your family.
