Job Responsibilities Order entry and management Inventory control Purchasing and tracking sales from initial order to delivery and/or installation Updating customers and salesmen on existing open orders Prepping orders for future invoicing Scheduling and coordinating freight Position Requirements Possess strong organizational and priority management skills Order entry/management experience Ability to efficiently handle a high volume workload Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) A team player Have a commitment to outstanding customer service Excellent communication skills Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required.
