Social Worker – LCSW (Part–time, Day Schedule) This posting combines a Social Worker LCSW and a Social Worker MSW position. Consideration will be based on qualifications. Role Overview The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) independently provides comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessment, diagnosis, treatment, interventions, and advocacy for patients and their support systems. The LCSW incorporates concepts and theories of life‑span development, neurobiology, and behavioral change. The LCSW collaborates with patients and their support systems to develop and implement evidence‑informed, person‑centered care plans across the care continuum, in collaboration with the Inter‑/Multi‑Disciplinary Team (IDT). Social workers work closely with various departments throughout the Providence Health System and with all inpatient and outpatient populations, performing duties that respect patient self‑determination, reduce health disparities, and adhere to the NASW Code of Ethics, Standards of Practice (SOP), and mission. Role Overview – Social Worker (CSWA) The CSWA Social Worker, under direct and continuous supervision, provides comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessment, diagnosis, treatment and advocacy. The CSWA incorporates concepts and theories of life‑span development, neurobiology, and behavioral change. The CSWA collaborates with patients and support systems to develop and implement evidence‑informed, person‑centered care plans across the care continuum with the IDT, respecting patient self‑determination, reducing health disparities, and adhering to NASW ethics and SOP. Social Worker LCSW – Required Qualifications Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE accredited school, or a school in candidacy status by CSWE. Oregon Clinical Social Worker License upon hire, or license in states where care is delivered upon hire. At least 2 years of relevant Social Work experience, may include CSWA experience. Social Worker LCSW – Preferred Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in acute care settings. Social Worker LCSW – Salary Range Portland, OR – Minimum $41.63, Maximum $64.63 per hour. Social Worker MSW – Required Qualifications Master's Degree in Social Work. Within 60 days of hire, Oregon Clinical Social Work Associate License. Social Worker MSW – Preferred Qualifications At least 2 years of clinical work experience within healthcare, hospice, and/or bereavement. Social Worker MSW – Salary Range Portland, OR – Minimum $36.99, Maximum $57.44 per hour.
