Qualifications & Experience:

• Active OSPI certification/licensure
• Prior experience as a school-based Occupational Therapist
• Skilled in IEP development, special education evaluations, and compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct student evaluations and manage a full caseload
• Participate in special education evaluations, reevaluations, and IEP meetings
• Develop, implement, and adjust OT services, goals, and accommodations
• Provide direct therapy in general and special education settings
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, paraeducators, families, and support staff
• Adapt equipment and materials to support varied student needs
• Maintain accurate records and evaluation reports
• Use data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions
• Attend meetings and engage in professional development
