JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a professional, friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. Responsibilities * Greet customers in person and over the phone with professionalism * Schedule appointments

• Communicate with customers regarding repair status, updates, and delays

Work closely with estimators

• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

Process payments * Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience (automotive industry preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
