Childrens Mercy (CM) Kansas City in partnership with Mercy Health Springfield is seeking two BC/BE Pediatric Surgeons to serve our pediatric population at our multispecialty practice in Springfield, Missouri .

About the Division of General Surgery

The Division of General Surgery within the Department of Surgery at Childrens Mercy is a leading clinical, teaching, and research program in the United States. The Division is comprised of 10 full time pediatric surgeons and 15 advanced practice providers, delivering care for approximately 7000 clinical visits and performing more than 3000 surgical cases annually. The Division of General Surgery oversees three fellowship programs, including Pediatric Surgery, Surgical Critical Care, and Surgical Scholar, as well as provides training for rotating general surgery residents. The Division of General Surgery provides Medical Leadership to Childrens Mercy Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Program (ACS), Burn Program, and Level 1 Childrens Surgery Program (ACS).

Childrens Mercy Kansas City is an independent, non-profit, 390-bed pediatric health system, providing over half a million patient encounters each year for children from across the country.
