Job Opportunity: Onsite Interventional Radiology Assignment Overview
- Specialty: Radiology (Interventional + General)
- Coverage Type: Onsite Clinic Only
- Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM EST
- License: Kentucky (KY)
- Certification: Board Certified (BC)
- Credentialing: 90 Days
This role requires a mix of General Diagnostic and Interventional procedures.
- Fluoro Requirements: BE, UGI, Mod BAS, SMB, etc. (Fluoro is recorded and sent to PACS for the Radiologist).
- Required IR Procedures:
- Drainage/Aspiration: Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, CT-Guided Drain Tube Placements, Fluoro-Guided Aspirations.
- Biopsy: CT Biopsy (Kidney, Bone, Liver, Lung, etc.), US Biopsy/Aspiration ( No Breast ).
- Access/Catheters: Tunnel Caths, Trialysis Caths, Fluoro-Guided G-Tube Placements, CT-Guided Percutaneous Neph Tube Placements.
- Spine/Joint: Myelograms, Spinal Punctures, Arthrograms (Hip, Shoulder, Wrist, Knee).
- Productivity Expectation: 55 RVUs per shift.

- Dictation Software: PowerScribe 4.0
