Responsibilities

• Keeping job sites clean and orderly.
• Operate power tools and equipment safely while performing tasks such as drilling, cutting, and assembling materials.
• Conduct routine equipment repairs and maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
• Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of construction materials.
• Follow all workplace safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Professional skills related to framing, trim carpentry, and light plumbing and electrical preferred.
• Willingness to learn systems and procedures.
• Mechanical knowledge related to equipment repair and maintenance.
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and working in various weather conditions.
• Experience working with power tools, hand tools, and industrial equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions precisely.
