Contact Center Sales And Service Advocate Responsibilities Manage a high volume of inbound calls from existing and prospective customers Identify customer needs and handle customer service requests Upsell and cross‑sell solutions to drive revenue and meet sales goals Provide accurate information while delivering a positive customer experience Update customer accounts and maintain detailed records in CRM systems Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets Contact Center Sales And Service Advocate Requirements High school diploma or GED required Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Sales‑driven mindset with the ability to overcome objections Comfortable working onsite, Monday through Friday, near Aurora Basic computer proficiency and experience using CRM or sales tools Previous inside sales, call center, or customer service experience preferred but not required Details Start Date: Monday, July 6th Work Model: Onsite Mon‑Fri Location: Naperville, IL Compensation: $17.25‑$18.25 per hour with the ability to earn commissions Benefits: LaSalle Network consultants are eligible to enroll in benefits Compensation for bilingual Spanish speakers: $19.25‑$20.25 per hour LaSalle Network is an Equal Opportunity Employer m/f/d/v.
