Junior Accountant

Junior Accountant Wayne, NJ (Onsite) We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join a growing organization in the Wayne, NJ area. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering excellent growth potential for an accounting professional looking to expand their experience in a collaborative office environment. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Summer half-day Fridays through Labor Day Fully onsite Compensation:

• 28/hour during the temporary period
• 65,000 annual salary upon permanent hire

Responsibilities: Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions Perform bank reconciliations Prepare and post journal entries Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end activities Work within QuickBooks Desktop to ensure timely and accurate accounting transactions Assist with general accounting and administrative duties as needed Qualifications: 1+ years of accounting experience preferred Experience with AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and journal entries Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop is highly preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Benefits: Discretionary bonuses Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) retirement plan This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated accounting professional seeking long-term career growth with a stable organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr Vaco Recruiter Services
