What you’ll actually do

You’ll meet potential customers face to face in assigned areas across the Valley, including local businesses, parking lots, and neighborhoods. You’ll identify windshield damage, explain our service and the $0-out-of-pocket option for eligible customers, help with coverage verification, and coordinate scheduling.

This is an active, outdoor role that involves approaching new people, following up, and asking for the sale. Sales compensation is commission-only, and earnings depend on results.

Bring the right attitude

We want people who show up, follow through, and use the coaching they receive. You should be comfortable starting conversations and staying professional when someone says no. Auto glass experience isn’t required.

I started selling windshields at 18, worked my way into managing sales teams, and eventually founded Flux AutoGlass. I know how much opportunity learning this business can create, and I’m looking for people who want to take their own next step.
