About the Role
As a Line Cook at Farmer's Table, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to high standards, ensuring consistent quality and presentation
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety guidelines and sanitation protocols
- Working effectively in a team-oriented environment, communicating with colleagues and management to ensure smooth service
- Participating in menu planning, inventory management, and budgeting responsibilities
- Providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items to order, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety guidelines and sanitation protocols
Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients
Monitor inventory levels, reporting discrepancies to management and assisting with ordering and receiving supplies
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment
